Our Staffing Services Include:

• On-Site Provider: The provider resides in the home, offering direct supervision and personalized care to residents.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): The provider, an experienced LPN, is available as needed to oversee and support healthcare needs.
• Scheduled Support Staff: When the provider is unavailable, HCAs, CNAs, or long-term care workers are scheduled appropriately to maintain consistent and reliable care.
• Night Assistance: Staff members are available at night to answer call bells, provide assistance upon request, and perform repositioning tasks to ensure residents’ comfort.
• As-Needed Services: Staffing is adjusted per a doctor’s order to accommodate home health, hospice, and nurse delegation requirements.
